Dot5Hosting

After being founded in 2002, Dot5Hosting has built its success around carefully put-together web hosting packages, but has since become another EIG buyout.

With Dot5Hosting, a simple google search yields numerous complaints by users describing issues with emails dropping and heavy downtime. The “unlimited” plan is very limited indeed. On top of downtime, customers also report sluggishness and many, many other issues such as FTP errors, concerns with security, and so on.Customer support is crucial in this industry and Dot5Hosting doesn’t seem to deliver what consumers expect at a minimum level.
