HostGator is a world leading provider of web hosting. Since 2002. They have since been acquired by Endurance International Group (EIG).

“HostGator seemed like a good choice for my WordPress hosting since they offer great storage space, and good prices. Their support is a huge con however as there are long long wait times between ticket replies, and you never get an actual solution to any large problem. I have now contacted them 4 times with an issue, with an average wait time of over 15 minutes. The chat people (or robots?) take 1 or 2 minutes to respond to the simplest question. Like “Hi” – 2 minutes later “Hi.” This company is kind of a joke. I don’t recommend it. Sorry.”
